Features
We can mold not only non-woven fabric but also plastic and thermoplastic materials including plastic film and skin materials. Futhermore, our laminating technique enables us to mold multilayer materials. We mold the rolled materials at once after laminating so that it is not likely to occur shifting and strriping and can dicrease man-hours.
Side pannel cover, using materials laminated fleece and non-woven fabric, is one of our examples. It is utilized our abilities which gives you nice and soft texture of fleece, and at the same time, the shape doesn't change because of the feature of non-woven fabric.
As you can see, we can mold not only non-woven material shading, and absorbing sound but also new value-added materials.
