Continuous Heated Press and Vacuum Forming

Features
Molding 3D shapes from one sheet
How are rolled original materials molded?
They are continually molded by a ceramic heater without cutting. After heating, they are pressed by a mold. Our molding technique can mold a wide range of thickness of non-woven materilas which is from 100 g/㎡ to 2,000g/㎡ and manufacture various sizes such as 1,200mm ×1,600mm. Furthermore, we can vacuum form non-breathable materials.

By taking advantage of continuous heated press and vacuum forming, they can mold not only non-woven fabric but also thermoplastic materials including plastics and films. Moreover, they allow us to mold multilayer materials such as fabrics and artificial suedes with laminating non-woven materials.
We can minimise the cost for production because of our continuous molding techinques so that it plays an important role in realizing customer's cost reduction.
