We deal with the sofa covers that you can see at places like housing exhibitions and office guest rooms. Pure leathers are not applicable, but various types of fabric are being used. The process is this ; 1. Making the mold from sofa flame. 2. Cutting the material, which is a lamination of urethane and fabric. 3. Sewing it internally. We have enough capacity of sewing as big as the the size of up to the sofa for 3 people with our outstanding sewing technique. From a very early stage of prototyping, our presentation skills and quick responses are the ones that differentiate ourselves. By having integrated manufacturing system, we don't have to move semifinished products around, which plays a key role in minimizing the cost and enabling small lot size.
