Whenever we produce our molding products, molding dies are required. 3D-CAD data are the ones that make it possible to produce molding dies. Once we get the 3D data from customers, we'll add necessary modifications to the original data before sending it to the molding die supplier, taking the estimated minor dimension changes into account. This is how we do for both prototyping and mass production.
By optimizing 3D-CAD data, we can add necessary design changes to somewhere that can hardly be seen like undercut parts. By doing so, our molding technology can be fully taken advantage of.
