Features
Our molding machine can deal with complex 3D shapes, which cannot be done by sewing, by heating the roll sheets/ single sheet of non-woven fabric, pressing it with the molding die or doing vacuum forming.
We can accommodate both thick and thin materials (from 100 to 2,000g/㎡).
Moreover, this machine can mold continually by seting up rolled materials behind, so it allows us to minimise the cost for production. By taking advantage of our conitnuous molding technique, we do not have to make another die mold even if volume is increased in mass production.
